Terms

| Deposits | |
|
A deposit is required for events over $200 to reserve your chosen event date and time. |
|
Deposits must be paid at least 2 weeks in advance of the event. |
|
A 72-hour cancellation notice is required for any deposit refunds. |
|
Deposit amounts equal 50% of the total estimated cost of the event. |
|
The amount of the deposit paid will be deducted from the total cost of the event with the balance due upon delivery of the finished pieces. |

Non-Refundable
Deposits |

A non-refundable deposit is required for all special orders – either large quantities of items or items not offered on the on-line catalog. The deposit amount is 50% of the total cost of the order. |
Group
Rates |
|
|
Group rates are offered for parties of 20 people or more. Please call for an estimate! |
|
An 90% participation guarantee is required for group rates. |
Travel/Delivery
Fees |
|
|
A nominal travel/delivery fee may incur for distances over 25 miles. Please call or email for estimate. |
Payment |

Visa, Mastercard, Checks, and Cash accepted. |

Payment expected at the time of the event for non-deposit functions. |
|
Parties with a prior deposit will be expected to pay the balance due upon delivery of the finished pieces. |
Broken/Damaged
Pieces |
|
|
Occasionally pottery may break or crack during the firing process. Although this is a rare occurrence, it’s also a reality of the craft. Any person’s piece(s) broken or cracked during the firing process will receive a full refund for their item(s) AND painting fee if applicable PLUS we will waive their painting fee for any future event. |
